Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of White Hanger.
Effective date: 1 January 2026
1. Acceptance
By using whitehanger.in or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and product details at any time. Custom-tailoring quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of consultation.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once we have received your 50% deposit and a signed measurement sheet. The balance is payable on dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after fabric cutting has begun, typically within 72 hours of the deposit.
4. Made-to-Measure
Every White Hanger piece is made to your specific measurements. We offer one free alteration within 14 days of delivery if the fit needs adjustment. Beyond that, alterations are charged at cost.
5. Intellectual Property
All photography, designs, embroidery patterns, and written content on this site are the property of The White Hanger Atelier and protected under copyright law. No part may be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
White Hanger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
