Return Policy

Made-to-measure pieces

Every White Hanger garment is cut to your specific measurements. Because of this, made-to-measure pieces — sherwanis, bandhgalas, bridal lehengas, custom kurta sets — cannot be returned. We do, however, offer:

• One free alteration within 14 days of delivery, if the fit needs adjusting.
• Free pickup and re-delivery for alterations within India.
• Lifetime alteration service at a small fee — we will adjust your garment whenever your measurements change.

Ready-to-wear pieces

For non-customised items (selected indo-western, kurta sets, accessories), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• The original invoice is included

How to return

1. Email whitehangerdigital@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
2. We will arrange a free pickup from your address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is inspected and accepted. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Sale items

Items purchased on Sale are exchange-only — no cash refund. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value (you pay the difference).

What is not returnable

• Made-to-measure garments (any size, any occasion)
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Customised or monogrammed pieces
• Items returned without tags, original packaging, or invoice
• Items returned after 7 days from delivery

Damaged or wrong item received

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
